I was actually happy with the bag when it first arrived. It looked nice and felt like it would hold up well. But this is where it got annoying: after just a few weeks, the corners started wearing down and it already began looking old. For the price, I really expected it to last longer. It’s not a terrible bag, but it was definitely disappointing.

"Checkout was a mess on mobile"
I tried checking out on my phone and it kept glitching over and over, which made the whole process really frustrating. I expected it to be quick and simple, but instead I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work. i’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the hassle.

I was a bit cautious about the sizing, and I’m glad I paid attention because it does run a little small. It fits fine now, but if you’re between sizes, I’d probably go up one just to avoid the hassle.

"Really happy with the quality"
I got a leather bag and a pair of sandals from Kurt Geiger, i’m pleased. They both looked just like the photos, which is always a relief because you never know with online orders sometimes... No odd smell, no loose threads, nothing like that.
The bag feels really solid, and the zipper runs smoothly, which I weirdly notice right away. The sandals were comfortable after just a quick walk around, and the little stones/details seem properly attached, not like some cheaper pairs I’ve had where things start falling off after one wear...
They’re definitely not the cheapest, but the quality feels worth it to me. I can see myself ordering from them again, especially if I want something that feels a bit more special without being too over the top...

"Took longer than expected, but it was handled well"
I had an issue with my order and expected it to be sorted a bit quicker, so the wait was a little frustrating at first. That said, customer service did eventually get back to me, and once they did, the refund/solution was explained clearly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but based on how they handled it in the end, I’m satisfied enough

"Refund was... fine, just slower than I'd hoped"
I ordered a pair of shoes and ended up needing to send them back. The return itself went through without any drama, so that's good. The refund, however, took about two weeks, which felt a little longer than I expected. Customer service did respond when I reached out, just not exactly quickly. It's fine, totally fine, but yeah... it could definitely be faster

"Nice packaging, but the box was a little dented"
My order showed up fast, and the packaging looked really nice. The shoe box did have a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was literally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Yeah, everything showed up just how I ordered it. The size was right, the color was right, the style was right, no surprises, no missing pieces, nothing messed up. I always appreciate that. The shipping updates were easy to keep track of too, so overall, I’m happy with how it all went.

The return took way longer than it should have, and customer support didn’t really do much to help move things along. It felt like an avoidable hassle, honestly.

"Comfy once broken in a bit"
Picked up a pair of Kurt Geiger shoes from the site and overall, happy with them. Felt a little stiff around the heel on the first wear, but after a day they loosened up nicely. Can walk around in them for a few hours without my feet starting to hurt. Only knocked off a star because the sizing runs just a tiny bit snug

"Absolutely love the design"
I bought a bag from kurtgeiger.us and I’m really happy with it. The style is so cute, and the colors look even better in person than they did online. I love the little details too, it makes the bag feel unique without being too much. It’s fun, but still easy to wear with everyday outfits. I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it, so yeah, definitely approved from me.

"Very disappointing experience for a high-end brandI’"
“I placed an online order with Kurt Geiger US (Order #KGUS12286674) and paid with my Wells Fargo debit card. The package was delivered, but it was missing one item: the CHELSEA FLAT SANDAL, which was the most expensive item in the order. I contacted the merchant immediately, submitted photos showing the item was not in the box, and followed their instructions. After reviewing, they refused to help, stating the package weight matched, even though that does not prove the item was actually shipped. I am disputing this charge because I paid for an item I never received, and the merchant has refused to refund or replace it.”::::::After multiple emails and proof submitted, Kurt Geiger has refused to refund me for the missing CHELSEA FLAT SANDAL. They claimed the package weight matched, but that doesn’t prove the item was shipped. I had to file a dispute with my bank. Very disappointing experience for a high-end brand. I’ll update this again if they choose to resolve it.
